Objectives
The objective is to raise awareness of human factors in any working environment, especially those related to aircraft maintenance, and offer ideas for how to avoid them and how everybody in the workplace can contribute to a safe working space. We recommend organizing human factors training courses per department so we can focus on topics which are related to them.
Training is available both online and in the classroom, anywhere in the world.
Completion Standard
