Training Sales Manager

Scope of responsibilities

  • Sales of training services on behalf of Magnetic MRO
  • Actively searching for new business opportunities
  • Communication between different parties for sales and training organisation
  • Support the Training Project Manager whit projects coordination when required
  • Visiting customers abroad

Key requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience
  • Commercial focused, results driven, with a strong track record of growing a business
  • Skilled negotiator and confident commercial decision maker
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, any other language is considered as an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills in taking initiative and managing them
  • Ability to travel internationally
