We are looking for a Training Manager (EASA Part 147 Postholder) to join our growing team!

Scope of responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Part 147 maintenance training organization as per EASA rules and requirements.
  • Analyze the market’s potential and develop Magnetic Training product into a comprehensive solution, set up growth strategy and execution plan.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting positive business and customer relationships.
  • Execute set business development and financial targets.
  • Develop online-based trainings, new and current training manuals, and programs.
  • Lead and develop personnel related to EASA Part 147 trainings.
  • Interact with different departments within the organization to establish sustainable collaboration.
  • Provide valuable insights for budget preparation and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • Have education in the aviation field acceptable to the Company that contributes to the achievement of professional goals.
  • Have a good knowledge of Part 66 and Part 147 requirements and related training organization procedures.
  • Must have an understanding of ICAO, EASA regulations.
  • Ability to lead a team and build a go-to-market strategy.
  • Goal-driven and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Result-oriented and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
  • Excellent English language skills.
