What is it?

With an experience of almost 50 aircraft already under management, Magnetic MRO’s PBH programs cover an extensive list of spare parts that meets an airline’s scheduled and AOG needs. We develop the range of supplied items based on a profound analysis of an airline’s performance in order to ensure that the customer operates smoothly day or night. The list of defined components reflects the customer’s major spare parts needs and is balanced to ensure stronger supply cost control.

All our PBH programs are tailored-made. Thus each solution can be adjusted to a specific airline’s business model and includes stock allocation at one or several base airports of the operator, access to our global spare parts pool, comprehensive logistics support and a dedicated 24/7 AOG team with a single point of contact to manage all urgent cases.

There’s more! We can also take care of component repairs and provide the customer with an exchange unit in order to save time and keep aircraft in the sky. Our repair management capabilities cover both airframe and engine parts, as well as supported by a cost-effective partnership with shops around the world. Magnetic MRO’s component repair solutions are also enhanced by our holding company the Hangxin Group. One of our sister companies – Hangxin Aviation Technologies – is a leading Chinese repair centre with more than 51,000 part numbers on its Capability list.

In-house global logistics team ensures smooth and prompt transportation, customs clearance and document compliance with required legislation and anywhere the customer needs it.
