Sales Manager (Engine Team)

Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads for aircraft spare parts sales
  • Make sales calls, negotiate with clients and suppliers
  • Develop sales proposals, follow up on sales activity
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Do after sales activities (documentation and logistics)
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, daily search for spare parts to purchase

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record of great sales results (preferably in internationals sales)
  • Key competencies: goal driven, persuasiveness, time management, adaptability, verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, stress tolerance
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work with IT systems
