Sales Manager (VNO Team)

Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads for aircraft’s spare parts sales
  • Active daily search for new customers and suppliers
  • Cooperation with other team members to achieve great results
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers, develop sales proposals
  • Doing after-sales activities (documentation and logistics)
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Market monitoring

  • Hard-working, “not counting working hours person” as Aviation works 24/7
  • Confident and proactive in contacting new customers and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently with low supervision and in team
  • Ambitions, motivated, result oriented
  • High stress tolerance
  • Ability to travel to exhibitions, visit customers and suppliers
  • Possibility to work in Vilnius, Lithuania
