Junior Sales Manager

Scope of responsibilities

  • Active daily search for new customers and suppliers globally by phone and email
  • Doing after-sales activities (documentation and logistics)
  • Acquire and develop a strong product competency, industry knowledge, related to market needs and trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and deliver real solutions

Key requirements

  • Hard-working, not counting working hours person, as Aviation works 24/7
  • Fare less in contacting new customers and suppliers
  • Experience in the sales industry, preferable B2B
  • Open for innovative ideas and quick learner
  • Ambitions, motivated, result orientated and supportive team member
  • Possibility to work in Vilnius, Lithuania
