Customer Support Coordinator

Scope of responsibilities

  • Meeting company`s customers, visitors and partners to ensure their smooth transportation and escort in the city and at the airport territory
  • Transporting company`s employees, customers, visitors and partners in Estonia and abroad if needed
  • Customer guidance before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn
  • Organizing customer after hours activities if requested
  • Making travel arrangements for employees & customers

Key requirements

  • Proficient English and Estonian language skills, proficiency of Russian is an advantage
  • High-level communications skills
  • Service-minded, accurate, punctual and responsible
  • Highly cooperative
  • Independent thinking skills
  • Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Word, Outlook)
  • Category B driver`s license
  • Previous experience in travel industry is considered as advantage
