CRM Administrator

Our CRM Administator primary responsibilities will be to drive the development and enhancement of CRM tool. He/she will oversee the operation, strategy and development of the company’s CRM system to improve consumer engagement and functionality of marketing processes.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Identify bugs and data issues and quickly develop solutions
  • Ensure all data fields are populated correctly at all times
  • Develop and implement of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
  • Creatively develop ways to gather and analyze advanced customer data
  • Own comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all relevant CRM KPIs & build the right dashboards to track and socialize performance
  • Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation with the direct marketing space
  • Oversee the creation of models against lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty, and advocacy programs
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage tools inclusive of email service provider integration, frontend integration, and CRM integration with the internal IT department
  • Be central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations
  • Train and support Magnetic MRO employees for active CRM usage
  • Maintain control of access rights, security settings and user privileges
  • Report improper system usage to senior management

Key requirements

  • Higher education in Business Administration or similar field
  • 3 + years of CRM experience
  • Well time-organized person, discreet, precise and responsible
  • Excellent planning, analytical skills and project management
  • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes
  • Strong personality with the ability to handle stress and various projects at the same time
  • Good team player, which understands how to achieve results through communication and collaboration
  • Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and any CRM tool
  • Passion for CRM and user engagement
