Business Development Manager

Currently we are looking for Business development manager to join our Asset trading and Leasing team.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Developing assets management product from beginning to end, setting up growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Developing APU business sales and marketing strategy;
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs for the assets;
  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Generating leads (including cold calls), presenting, promoting and selling goods/services to existing and prospective customers;
  • Active search by phone and email for suppliers of products and services in the market;
  • Negotiating with suppliers and customers to maximize profit;
  • Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Proven work experience in B2B international sales, attracting new customers;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to open, maintain and develop new customers;
  • Goal driven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance;
  • Hard worker, as industry is 24/7;
  • Excellent English language skills, all other languages will be an advantage;
  • Technical aviation skills are a must.
