We understand that quality engineering and planning is the core of efficient airline operations. With proper engineering and aircraft records keeping we maximizing aircraft value and assets liquidity. What is it?

Our Engineering Services cover a wide range of projects, from small, ad hoc technical support to comprehensive continued airworthiness management services:

CAMO Services:

  • Recording flight hours and cycles
  • Monitoring and reviewing compliance of airworthiness directives and service bulletins
  • Tracking of hard time and serialized components
  • Production and development of an aircraft maintenance program (AMP) with aircraft reliability reports and leading periodic reliability review meetings
  • Documenting structural damage, issuing repair certification and ensuring that all damage reports are updated
  • Issuing of line and base maintenance work packages and task cards in accordance with the AMP
  • Updating aircraft statuses after completion of maintenance checks
  • Preparing a storage program and issuing storage work packages
  • Management and safekeeping of aircraft technical records
  • Airworthiness review certificate (ARCs) recommendation and renewal management

Engine Condition Monitoring Services:

  • High-level expertise and in-house engine department support
  • Analysis of the main engine parameters
  • Identification of problems that could lead to unscheduled aircraft downtime as early as possible
  • Indicate the actual engine deterioration state in accordance with the age of an aircraft
  • Maintain clear records containing all repairs packages

 Pre-purchase or Re-delivery Aircraft Inspection:

  • Physical inspections and a condition report of the aircraft
  • Compliance check of all aircraft records
  • Full AD & SB audit and compliance check
  • Damage mapping and structural repair certification
  • Modification embodiment records
  • Engine status and “back to birth” traceability
  • Hard time component certification and history
  • Analysis of maintenance check invoices, labor and material costs
  • Observations and listings of outstanding maintenance items

Structural Engineering Department

  • Support with damage assessment, mapping, establishing repair instructions, certification
  • Support with wide scope of other daily maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, aircraft painting, heat treatment, cadmium plating, anodizing, welding, machining, support of composite, interior.
  • Support with aircraft structural questions during aircraft deliveries/re-deliveries, pre-purchase inspections, teardown projects, etc.
  • Structural consultancy services
  • Experience with all aviation materials

Other Engineering Services:

  • Non-destructive testing laboratory, including engine Boroscope and analysis
  • Aircraft weighing both on base and away from base
  • Maintenance planning and budget control
  • The management of aircraft conversions, maintenance, repair and modification programs
  • Onsite technical representation
