Customer Support Manager

Job Description

  • Analyzing customers‘ needs, preparing proposals and issuing quotation
  • Cooperating and maintaining a good relationship with our suppliers
  • Fulfilling customers’ needs in a timely manner, arranging transportation if needed
  • Resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting other sales team members

Key Requirements

  • Customer oriented attitude with high motivation for best results
  • Experience in sales, logistics or customer service would be considered as an advantage
  • Personal qualities: analytical, attention to the details with positive can-do attitude, multitasking skills, able to work under stress, tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of English is a must (Russian would be an advantage)
