Account Manager (VNO Team)

Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads for aircraft’s spare parts sales
  • Develop successful customer relationship via phone and email
  • Lead sales efforts and achieve sales targets for high business growth
  • Proactively propose, negotiate and secure long term business through contractual agreements with customers
  • Do after sales activities (documentation and logistics)
  • Market monitoring

Key Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales more than 5 years, or more than 3 years of experience in the aviation field
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of English is a must
  • Excellent time management, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Goal driven attitude, persuasiveness, high stress tolerance
  • Possibility to locate in Vilnius, Lithuania
